Included jets are predetermined for each model and may not be substituted. Each kit includes jets based on extensive R&D and real world road testing. If you require specific jet sizes and do not wish to use the recommended sizes supplied in each kit, please select the "Custom" model selection. Please indicate sizes for the 2 main jets and 2 pilot jet sizes in the comments section at checkout. Note that CVP is unable to provide individual support for kits using custom selected jets. Kits are for Harley CV carburetors only and will not fit non Harley (CVK) style carburetors used on other motorcycle makes.

Have had my 96 evo ultra for a year and it's always popped and farted.
After a rocker failure I went to an ev27 cam and it still ran the same and felt like it fell flat when I got on it a little.
After reading reviews about this I thought I'd give it a shot. I ordered a new slide and rebuild kit as well to cover all basis.
After I took the carb sort I learned it had a dyno jet slide it it which I changed to stock and followed the recommended jetting in the directions.
From the second I fired it up I could tell the difference. Better throttle response, more power, more torque, no popping and farting. Coming from riding crotch rockets and renting new touring bikes for the last 5 years this is the first time I've been truly happy with my bike. Don't waste your time with gimmicks. If your looking for great real world performance and reliability this kit is it.

This is a great quality kit at a great price! I used the on-line, clear and easy-to-follow video instructions, and the installation was quite simple. The hardest part of the job was figuring out how to remove the (friction fit!)carb from my Sportster's 883 intake manifold. The EZ-Just Mixture Screw and the Extended Idle Screw are really nice features in the Premium Kit, and they are well worth the extra money over the basic kit.
I decided to buy this kit after I read all of the positive reviews from a whole lot of satisfied customers. Now I'm writing this review because I, too, am a satisfied customer.

I have a 1999 dyna super glide fxd had an intake leak fixed that first then installed the premium cv Carb kit and the the V-Ductor . Carb kit was so simple I adjusted it first shot the bike f-----g never run so good thing rocks now thanks CVP nice products. Thanks bill

My Sportster 883 shoots off the line, lot's more horsepower, no more carb farts. Choke use is reduced by a ten factor. Buy this product!
