The CVP Needle Jet is a direct replacement for stock Harley needle jet (nozzle) found on all CV40 carburetors. CNC machined from stainless steel and is a perfect replacement for jet nozzles worn from aftermarket adjustable needles, high mileage, or to replace lost/misplaced parts. The Needle Jet nozzle is mandatory for correct fuel spray as the needle lifts during normal acceleration. Available for all constant velocity (CV) carburetors on 1989-2006 Big Twin and Sportster models. 

Note: Nozzle installs with larger opening facing upward toward the needle, small hole mates to the end of the emulsion tube. Installing the nozzle incorrectly will cause poor performance.
